This was what happened to whimsy's life for the past 3 days.
(1) I did my first chem practical in TJC. It was titration! And here is my result.
Very Jiatlat! 3 different shades of purple but the difference for the volume of solution used was 0.1. =D
(2) I fell in love with this tree!! It is so pretty!!
My chinese teacher said the flowers look like tissue papers. So here i am standing on tissue papers!Serene said there is another tree near the carpark with pink flowers. It's PINK!! I am so gonna find it.
(3) I met Gang Hao and Xin on my way to sch on Wed. And guess what. Gang Hao mistaken TJC as Tanjong Katong Junior College. -.-.Brillant. Just like this speaker for social etiquette who mistaken it Tampines Junior College.
(4) My dear eeyore met a new friend!
Cookie monster said hi to Eeyore. But eeyore looked overwhelmed and shocked by his friendiness! Haha. Great, hopefully from now on i get to eat Subway Cookies more often. (Eeyore says to Cookie Monster,' You must save some cookies for my girlfriend(me! refer to previous post) or else i shall not be friend with you anymore!) I have not eaten any Subway cookies since the first time i ate! Thats because my break time is either before they start selling or they have sold all. I am deprived of Subway Cookies!!!!! >.<

I am very scared to hear this sentence nowadays- 'This will help you to build up your portfolio''
People are willing to do things they STRONGLY DISLIKE because they want to build up their portfolio. People join 2 PDP ( for some instance even change PDP after the major activity in the first PDP ended)because they want to build up their portfolio.
Take the Mazerin talk about recruiting members to breed fireflies for example. Nobody was paying much attention except the acting part. Some were busy talking away and there were these 2 guys even took out their ipod and listened to music. So when the talk ended, everybody was so anxious to go home. The speaker said, those interested please come forward. It will be written in your portfolio. Then everybody just chiong forward.
Fine. I know people want to be rewarded and have their effort recognised. But i feel it should be the one stone hit two birds thing. You should enjoy doing that activity and not force yourself to do.That is so incentive driven. Ok perhaps i am just naive.

On the early morning of Valentine's Day, i had a date with my viola. Fancy dragging my viola all the way from the north to the east of Singapore.Practise was really bad, for me at least. Not because i was deprived of a date or anything but due to the fact i suddenly lost my sense of pitching.My intonation was really out. Every note i hit was out of tune. Yeah and i embarrassed myself.Shall not elaborate how.>.<
Then i went to Suntec to date my TK friends. Its so great that everyone of us has a boyfriend. I tell you their names

It was so fun catching up with the non-tj people. We talked about really random stuff like Jessica telling us her grandmother told her that people born on the year of monkey(which is us should not date people older than them by 3,6,9 years. And Sab actually continue reciting the multiples of 3! lol

Here is an outline of my week.
Monday-Had a date with Yuting at junction 8. Haha We promised each other we shall wear our JC uniform! And yea i think she look great in AJ uniform. Haha. And we saw Peikhee at J8 too!
After that i went to play accompaniment with my violinist for their March violin exam. This was my first practise with them. Hah For one of the student, i had to count the beat for her for the entire practice! That left me pretty thirsty at the end of the session.
Tuesday- On everyday tuesday, the entreprenuer club will sell Subway cookies in the library!
So here i am eating my first ever subway cookie-macadamia. It was really yummy. I wanted to buy another one but they were all sold! Nevermind. i can always for Friday and next tuesday and next friday........
Wednesday-I had my first civics session. My class has only 3 guys and 21 girls! The ration is 1:7! Yea the girls dominate! And i finally get to take a look at TJ classrooms. The classrooms are as green as us!! Especially the tables and chairs!
In the afternoon i had an impromtu piano ensemble audition. Aiya i shall be smart for the next audition-only practise the first 2 pages of the piece! Both pieces had around 6 pages each and i was stopped after playing 2 pages. Waste my youth practising!! Aiyo. But i got into piano ensemble which is surprising beacause i stumble alot for beethoven piece! I wonder who is my duet partner.
We had Chamber Orientation after practice. Thanks to the J2 who organised it. I had enjoyed myself and had fun.
Thursday-J1 commencement. Basically nothing much. Just that your senior will pin the TJ badge on your collar. The senior who pinned the badge for me was really funny. He said, ' welcome to T..aiya why cannot remove the cover' I started laughing and he went ,' eh you come back, if not how am I supposed to pin *start pinning* So now you are part of the TJC com... eh why your collar so thick?! So hard to push the pin down!' Haha it was really funny!
And here is a photo of whimsy wearing a tie first time in her life! As in real tie and not those where you stick both ends.
Sakina and me had fun camwhoring in the recital studio. Sakina wasnt supposed to be there since the room was only open to MEP students but i didnt know haha. she took a picture of me while i was playing the piano!
Anyway, in the afternoon i went back to the recital and found some of my MEP band players. Then the teacher in charge came in for spot check. I nearly got chased out because she thought i was there for social gatherings. LOL!
Yeah I am looking forward to tomorrow's OG outing!!

Whimsy loves OG 14 because
We are crazy people. Bear bear, Spiha and me ran in the rain just to buy Bubble Tea =D. i took a picture before we ran but forgot to take another one after we got soaked in the rain.
We have got funny OGLs!
The guys in our OG are hmmm daring?!The one on the left is whimsy's pinafore.
The girls are super fun to hang out with!
OG 14 has been the only group which is super high and energetic! We were still cheering and advertising house com in the canteen before we left school. Haha.OG 14 rocks!

2nd day of orientation
I made my first attempt for tapping my ezlink card for attendace!!
So we had boring talks in the morning. Followed by amazing race =D
1st stop was NTUC at White Sands. Supposed to find some product with the given clue.
Everyone was crowding the shelves around causing massive traffic jam. This auntie came and said '小朋友让开！！哇好多小朋友！！' I was shocked!Hello i am already turning 17 and being called 小朋友. Then Xiao Hao told the auntie ' auntie 我们是大朋友！' Haha
2nd stop was this game that requires memory. I totally sucks at this
3rd stop was really fun. You exchanged shoes with some random people. Then you are blindfolded and find back your own shoes. You are only allowed to communicate through noises and sounds. I pity those girls who exchanged their shoes with guys. They find the shoes like super big sized and the guy find the shoes too small. Haha. Serene was smarted. She and her partner agreed to meet at lamppost.
And i am so happy that Sabrina appealed successfully to TJC!! 3 cheers for sab! Hip Hip Hurray!! Haha. I was hugging her when i saw her in the hall! Haha sorry sab i know your jaw hurts. Haha. Lalala.

First day of school and i got charged adult fare! It cost me $1.79 to travel from Sembawang to Bedok. And the best part was, i updated my concession in December. How can they do that to me?! Cheat my feeling!!
Anyway, while i was rotting in the train. I received this good luck message from Peiying. So touched. Thank you. =D
Programme was talks. BORING!! Then some cheers and promoting of CCA which was super hilarious especially the Chinese drama!!
We had Mass dance. It was super fun=D. The walking part was kinda difficult.Whimsy enjoyed it =D
Then we had lunch outside school. That will be our future parkway i guess. Hmm I had my MEP diagnostic test after that. It was so impromtu and difficult. Here is the outline
1) listen to this extract on mp3.Then had to fill in missing melodies and write chords.
2)write essay based on some passages about Bela Bartok
3)Fill up missing parts of a Haydn Quartet.
So different from O level. I am so gonna die if I dont get in MEP

Whimsy is back!!
22nd jan- Whimsy took a evening flight (with eeyore) and flew to Hong Kong =D
So pretty!! =D Eeyore loves the marshmellow looking clouds.
My dinner, which includes haagen dazz ice cream and yi ai's ex boyfriend (refer to previous post if you dont know what i am talking about)
23rd- I just took a a walk around the neighbourhood. I found out that my kindergarden-St Grace was closed down and became Delia Memorial English Kindergarden. What a long name. I ate loads today too-Mango sago=D,wanton mee
24th -28th jan- I went to Guangzhou to visit my grandfather.
Mrt in Guangzhou is called Metro, which reminds me of some departmental store. lol.Anway, here is the interesting part. Instead of issuing temporarily card for people travelling for a single trip. They issue you a coin which works exactly the same way as your ezlink card. Cool right.

I went to the flower market. It was really funny watching my mum and my aunt bargaining. And i sneezed like crazy. Stupid pollen grain.
Chinese new year was the worse day--4 degress!! Nearly froze me to death.
And i found out something very interting about the powerpoints in china.
Cute looking powerpoint. Haha it caused much inconvenience though.
29th -31st-Basically just rot in hong kong since i didnt have mood to do much. Haha. But i went ice skating and saw sunset.
And yeah i flew back yesterday =D
