I know you cant see a single word below. Oh well it's some random ranting.

Whimsy needs to grow up! Seriously, I should stop thinking that this world is full of nice people. I have come to the point that i realise the reality is that people are really really really self centered.

Anyway, i am pissed with the piano duet practices for the coming up piano competition. So basically every pair are given allocated time slot of practices since the school has limited facilities. So my allocated time is Monday and Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm and Friday which ends at 6pm. So i had my PW meeting after school on Wednesday and Thursday. I think this was a rather reasonable arrangement, a balance between pdps and PW.

on Monday. I left school at around 8.30 reached home at around 10.
on Tuesday. Same thing happened
on Wednesday. i poned (confession!! ) contact to practice my solo piano since i didn't practice my own pieces for 2 days. ( break record!) But i got chased out shortly since choir was having dsa audition. I found myself another piano and after playing 1 page. My duet partner came in and literally PULLED ME OUT OF THE CHAIR to practice with her.
on Thursday. she wanted me to practice with her. But i told her i got PW meeting. I told her we will be ending late since tomorrow is the last day for GPP approval. And she replied' never mind i will wait for you.'-.-

I know from her point of view. I am just a lazy duet partner trying to avoid extra practices. But have she ever think from MY Point of view?! I reach home at 10. By the time i finish dinner and bathing, it will be 10.45. I don't want to get complains from neighbours for midnight practices. Imagine i reach everyday at this time?! How am i going to practice my piano! I know the piano competition is coming, my piano exam is also coming. I know you are anxious for this competition be it because it helps to build up your portfolio or because it is your first piano competition. Whatever it is. I am anxious about this competition too. I have never even had a single piano performance in front of large crowd.Cant you see i am just trying to balance my life! There is always a time limit for everything! Spending too much time on one will just result in other stuff suffering. It is about quality of each practice, how much you focus, play every single details you are supposed to and not pick and choose any of your choice.

Can people understand that the world doesn't revolve around the,. The world doesn't revolve because of them.

If i never end up in one of the 5 teams representing TJC , I wont cry over it, unlike SYF. Not because i didnt put in hard work or sacrifice much my free time. But simply because i dint enjoy playing the music at all. I feel pissed off during practices when we don't come in together. The rate of our breathing is different ,you always never look at me when you are the one supposed to be cuing me and the list just goes on. Lack of chemistry is not an excuse for not playing together, since we have been playing for months! Its has come to the point that this has become much of a chore and not enjoyment.

I am not going let go of any of my precious saturdays because of this. Imagine i take 3 hour ride in total for that 2 hour of practice?! I wonder why i did that for the past few saturdays. This already way past my limits.

Whimsy is going to work hard and pass her piano practical. 14 more weeks. JIAYOU!!!!

Hmm it has been some time since i last blogged.Last week was really full of ups and downs.

Monday:

I was super bored and so i took this 2 photos.

The Huge eeyore got a Huge Xin La Mian and Tiny eeyore got a Tiny Xin La Mian =)

Tuesday:

A bit sad, coz i didnt get into Chamber exco. But was really happy with the new exco members because all those people i vote for got in. I vote for Xian Jue now our welfare rep, Sheryl our Vice pres and Hanpeng our pres. Whimsy can foresee the future.

Then we had dinner at Pizza Hut. This was what the guys did.

Freaky disguting. It's made of:

Soup, lemon, pepper, cheese and chilli.

Yups and the guys took turn to drink it. Eww. I swear i will never sit beside Earl when we have another chamber dinner again. He always come out with this kind of weird wierd stuff >.<

Coz of PW i had to go to school earlier so yups shall NOT elaborate on this part. Is either you know it or you dont =)

Thursday:

I GOT THE MUSIC ELECTIVE SCHOLARSHIP!

Haha i remenbered i received this sms Hi whimsy this is ms lau. Ms chew would like to see you after 10.50am. I dont even know Ms Lau. As in i know Ms Lau as one of the three MEP teachers but i dont have any thing related to her. Initially i thought Ms chew was looking for my long overdued Dunka commentary. So when i went in the staff room to look for Ms chew she just went Congrats you got the scholarship! *jumps jumps jumps* I called my mummy immediately and this was what she said : '你这种人也可以拿到，那些人真没有眼光' Mummy how can you say that!

Then again, i am more or less tied up with obligations and stuff. I must have good result at the end of the year and i must take h3 music. Gosh i seriously dont see the point of h3 music especially since i am not walking the music path. And the examination fee is so expensive! Oh well, for the good result part. I guess it's a motivation for me to work hard. Whimsy 要加油!!

And i felt so happy for YIAI-president of Leo Club. Congrats!!!! Must continue to 加油!!

Friday:

Alastair told me the theory result was out. So upon reaching home, i got the letter box key and dash down. I was expecting my theory result inside the the box. guess what. All i saw was that TIME magazine. ( i got no time to read time!) Then i messaged Alastair and he replied that result could be found online!

I checked and I passed my theory!!! On the dot. Literally. 66/100 (Passing is 66) OK it is really really a lousy result. But considering i was getting 53 if i didnt remenber wrongly for my last paper before the exam, i am happy that i passed. =) Bye theory!! Gosh i cant imagine if i get 1 mark less. Nightmare.

Happy Mummys' Day!!!!!

This is my present for Mummy. Not really perfect but oh well haha is the thought that counts =). Thank you Xin for shopping the stuff with me. He was dam bored k. Keep yawning and still insisted he wasnt. Baichi.

Yes Mummy I love you!! I am grateful mummy never fail to wake me up for school. She cooks stinky herbal soup claiming that it somehow helps my body and i will become smarter. Whatever it is. I am grateful for what mummy has done for me. Mummy i will work hard de!! =)
